PENGARUH POLA TANAM TERHADAP PENDAPATAN RUMAH TANGGA PETANI DI DAERAH PASANG SURUT KABUPATEN BANYUASIN

Abstract A cropping pattern is an attempt to plant on a plot of land by regulating the layout and sequence of plants for a certain period of time including the tillage period and the unplanted period for a certain period. The purpose of this research were (1) to calculate how much the difference in farm income was by applying the rice-rice and paddy-maize cropping patterns in the tidal areas of Banyuasin Regency (2) to analyze what factors influenced the production of each cropping pattern in tidal area of Banyuasin Regency (3) calculates how big the role of farm income is to the household income of farmers in the tidal area of Banyuasin Regency. Data collection activities were carried out in November 2020 in Telang Rejo Village, Muara Telang District and Banyu Urip Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency. The research method used in this research is a survey method which is carried out directly to the research location. The sampling method used in this research is disproportionate stratified random sampling method. The data collected in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. The results showed that there was a difference in the income of farmers who applied the rice-paddy and paddy-corn cropping patterns with the difference in the average income of farmers who used the rice-corn cropping pattern in Banyu Urip Village of IDR 7,203,667 per hectare per year, greater than the average. the average income of farmers who use the rice-paddy cropping pattern in Telang Rejo Village. The factors that have a positive effect on rice production at MT 1 in Telang Rejo Village are the variable weight of seeds, urea fertilizer, SP-36 fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, land area and type of seed, while for the variable labor hours have a negative effect, the factors that influence positive for MT 2 rice production in Telang Rejo Village, namely the variable weight of seeds, urea fertilizer, land area and type of seed, while for the variable SP-36 fertilizer, NPK fertilizer and labor hours had a negative effect, the factors that had a positive effect on rice production MT 1 Banyu Urip Village, namely urea fertilizer, SP-36 fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, labor hours, land area and seed type, while for the variable seed weight has a negative effect, and the factors have a positive effect on corn production MT 2 Banyu Urip Village namely urea fertilizer, SP-36 fertilizer, NPK fertilizer and land area, while the variable weight of seeds and labor hours has a negative effect. The contribution of farm income in Telang Rejo Village and Banyu Urip Village contributed the highest percentage compared to other income to household income.
