Method for predicating sulphur content of crude oil by infrared transmittance spectroscopy
2011
The invention discloses a method for predicating sulphur content of crude oil by infrared transmittance spectroscopy. The method comprises the following steps: (1), collecting various crude oil samples and measuring the sulphur content of the crude oil samples by a standard method; (2), measuring the infrared spectroscopy of each crude oil sample by adopting a transmittance way, carrying out first-order or second-order differential treatment; and establishing a calibration model by adopting absorbance of characteristic spectrum zones including 750cm -135 and 2479 -2780 as well as the sulphur content, measured by the standard method, of the crude oil sample through a partial least square method; (3), measuring the infrared spectroscopy of the to-be-measured crude oil sample according to the same method for measuring the crude oil sample, carrying out the first-order or second-order differential treatment, and substituting the absorbance of characteristic spectrum zones including 750cm -135 and 2479 -2780 to the calibration model to obtain the sulphur content of the to-be-measured crude oil sample. The method disclosed by the invention is quick in analysis speed, high in test accuracy and good in repeatability.
