Theoretical analysis and research of balancing control strategy in internal phase of State of Charge(SOC) ofstorage battery power conversion system were made based on H bridge multilevel cascade. A 2 MW/10 k V storage energypower conversion system was designed to study the SOC balancing control strategy in internal phase of the battery. TheMatlab simulation model was built to verify the effectiveness of the SOC balancing control strategy.
