Screening for resistance of oilseed rape to Plasmodiophora brassicae.

The resistance of 70 new oilseed materials to Plasmodiophora brassicae, under natural conditions in the field in Chengdu, was evaluated.According to the severity of disease, 70 new oilseed materials were divided into five types,such as high resistance, medium resistance and low resistance / low susceptible, medium susceptible, high susceptible.The lines 40 and 24, with a high incidence index over 50, belonged to high susceptible material.In contrast, the line 70, with a low incidence index only 2.67, belonged to high resistance material and could be used for further study on resistant breeding.
