Effect of different protein levels on the growth perfomance and metabolic rate of nutrient on broiler

2009
The obje ctive of this study was to determine the effect of different protein levels on the growth perfomance and metabolic rate of nutrient on broiler. Three hundred and sixty three weeks health and weight closed local broilers were divided into 3 groups randomly by one factor double experiment. Each group consisted of 3 repeats, each repeat consisted of 40 broilers. The period of experiment was 6 weeks. Three different protein levels were used in broiler'diet. The level of the protein was: 19%, 17.5% and 16%. The results showed that the different levels of protein on crude protein had significant difference between 19% group and the other groups. The average daily gain, feed efficiency significantly high than the other two groups (P0.05). Compared to protein level of 19% and 16%, the metabolism of calcium had no significant difference(P0.05), the metabolic rate of the impact of phosphorus had significantly difference(P0.05). The results showed that protein level of 19% of the growth of the local broiler best.
