The invention provides a web application issuing method, an application issuing server and web servers. The application issuing server comprises a first file drive monitor and a first protective system. The method includes the steps that the first file drive monitor sends file operating information corresponding to the file operating action to the first protective system; the first protective system responds to the received file operating information and sends feedback information to the first file drive monitor, the first file drive monitor controls the application issuing server to issue corresponding files in response to the file operating action after receiving the feedback information indicating that the file operating information is received successfully, the file operating information is sent to all the web servers corresponding to the application issuing server so that the web servers can issue the corresponding files through the file operating action indicated by the received file operating information, and thus the problem that web applications are incompletely issued is avoided on the basis that the web applications are issued in time.
