Temporary Esophageal Exclusion by Stapling in Esophageal Ruptures

We present observations on two recent cases of esophagael rupture, in which the recently described procedure of temporary esophageal exclusion by stapling was used [1]. These observations provide new instructions for this procedure and additional material for the therapeutic debate [4–8].
