This study reveals the analysis of the dependence of the various departments existing in the organization and the role played by CRM in integrating these departments together and also how this managerial accounting acts as an aid in the implementation of CRM effectively. The various aspects of CRM the cost involved in its implementation and its success in the organization how does it depends on the integration of the other departments and the essentials required for the successful implementation of CRM practices.
