Procedure for removal of a solution

Procedure to remove a solution containing a test substance injected into a test chip, wherein: said analysis chip comprises a hollow wherein said solution containing a test substance is injected; and a substance selectively binding, which selectively binds to the substance to be tested is immobilized on all or a portion of the bottom surface of said hollow, said method comprising: injecting said solution containing the test substance in space said recess of said analysis chip, so that this space remains partially unfilled; and rotating said analysis chip to injected said solution containing the test substance, applying no less centrifugal acceleration of 1 × g, wherein said analysis chip to injected said solution containing the substance tested is rotated with a rotation radius of 0.1 mm to 10 mm, and wherein said solution containing the test substance is injected into said hollow, thereby remaining unfilled from 10% to 70% said space.
