CUIDADOS PALIATIVOS A COMUNICAÇÃO COMO FERRAMENTA NO ATENDIMENTO HUMANIZADO

This article aims to analyze the importance of communication in palliative care as a tool for a humanized care. For that, he used as a research method the bibliographical review. He researched publications from 2014 to 2019, where 12 articles were selected that met the inclusion criteria. Given the importance of palliative care, it has been noticed that in Brazil we have problems from the formation of the health professional to his / her performance. It is noted that communication is essential for a humanized care and that its correct use should and can bring positive results for the patient, the caregiver and their families.
