Survey and Analysis of Individual Factors’ Influences on the Paramedics’ Salary Satisfaction

Objective To investigate the nursing person individual factors compensation satisfaction,and to understand the nursing person individual factors on the influence of compensation satisfaction.Method Analyzing the application of variance and the mean meter to judge individual nursing factors of the compensation satisfaction and the influence.Result There is a obvious difference between nursing person individual factors and the compensation satisfaction(P 0.05).Different factors have different impact on the compensation satisfaction,such as age,work age and education background.Conclusion The whole level of nursing person compensation satisfaction is low.The influent factors of compensation satisfaction for nursing person include work,age and education background.
