The first anti-tear layer and the first self-cleaning coating layer are orderly arranged on the upper surface of the non-woven fabric body from the bottom to top; and the second anti-tear layer, the inflaming retarding layer and the second self-cleaning coating layer are orderly arranged on the lower surface of the non-woven fabric body from top to bottom.
