The present invention discloses a method for preparing a graphene composite material, comprising: an ultrasonic dispersing graphite oxide to obtain graphene oxide dispersion in distilled water; the spherical copper surface modified configuration to a dispersion of spherical copper; the dispersion and dispersion of graphene oxide spherical copper powder and mix well to obtain a dispersion of graphene oxide composites, liquid phase reduction makes graphene oxide is reduced to graphene, graphene obtained composite material, wherein the graphene coated spherical copper. The preparation of this graphene composites would spherical copper and graphene oxide dispersed liquid mix well to obtain a dispersion of graphene oxide composites, and then the liquid is reduced to give graphene composites. With respect to the conventional chemical vapor deposition method, the preparation of such graphene composite material does not require special equipment, production costs are lower.
