The invention relates to a system for transmitting requests originated by a mobile station. The mobile station is coupled to a first subscriber identity card and a second subscriber identity card. The system for transmitting requests originated by a mobile station includes a processor, which determines a subscriber identity card from the first subscriber identity card and the second subscriber identity card, sends a first mobile station originated request to a called party via the determined subscriber identity card, obtains a reason of failure when the first mobile station originated request has failed, determines whether a retry process is needed according to the reason of failure, and sends a second mobile station originated request via the subscriber identity card other than the determined subscriber identity card when the reason of failure is not caused by the called party.
