The invention discloses an ultrasonic auxiliary cutting device with a cutter fine adjustment mechanism. The ultrasonic auxiliary cutting device comprises the cutter fine adjustment mechanism and an ultrasonic vibration acoustics system; the cutter fine adjustment mechanism comprises a vertical plate vertically arranged on a base plate, and a dovetail sliding plate matched with the vertical plate; the vertical plate is connected with the dovetail sliding plate through a connecting plate; a screw rod is arranged in a connecting sleeve in the middle of the vertical plate through a screw nut; an index plate is arranged on the upper part of the connecting sleeve; a handle is arranged at the upper end of the screw rod; a supporting flange is fixedly connected with the connecting plate; the ultrasonic vibration acoustics system comprises an ultrasonic generator, an energy transducer, an amplitude transformer and an ultrasonic turning tool; and the ultrasonic vibration acoustics system is connected with the supporting flange through a fixing flange on the amplitude transformer. The ultrasonic vibration energy leakage of the device is lowest; by the cutter fine adjustment mechanism, the ultrasonic vibration acoustics system can move in the height direction; the fine mobile resolution is up to 0.01 millimeters; therefore, height adjustment of a tool nose of a cutter with an abraded blade and the precision cutting of a workpiece can be realized effectively.
