The ultrasonic vibration energy leakage of the device is lowest; by the cutter fine adjustment mechanism, the ultrasonic vibration acoustics system can move in the height direction; the fine mobile resolution is up to 0.01 millimeters; therefore, height adjustment of a tool nose of a cutter with an abraded blade and the precision cutting of a workpiece can be realized effectively.
