It is reported the evolution of a case of human babesiosis with inconclusive diagnoses in intercourse with recurrent disease framework. Diagnosed infection with Babesia microti, treatment was effective until suspended on account of the evolution of ringworm in the patient which led to the worsening of babesiosis, which induced the death of the patient. It takes more attention to the low incidence of parasitic diseases, or low virulence, or high tolerance of the human.
