ВЫБОР МЕТОДОЛОГИЙ ПРИ СОЗДАНИИ ЦЕННОСТНО-УПРАВЛЯЕМОЙ КОРПОРАТИВНОЙ СИСТЕМЫ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ПРОЕКТАМИ И ПРОГРАММАМИ

To select a methodology in case a value-driven CSPM creation, a formalized genome model of project methodology to manage project, programs and project portfolios was applied. This model includes mechanisms for harmonizing and systematizing knowledge about project management methodologies, which was developed by S.D. Bushuyev together with S I. Neizvesniy The application of the genome model in the corporate project management system development requires a certain modification of this model. Such modification is given in this article. Using the formalized genome model of project management methodology in the study, the P2M methodology was chosen as one of the most integrated project management methodologies and programs and the ISO 21504 methodology.
