A circular panel is arranged on the rectangular panel. The center of the circular panel and the rectangular panel is provided with a rectangular slide hole, and the two ends of the rectangular slide hole can be circular. A screw is arranged in the rectangular slide hole. The screw rod passes through the rectangular panel and the circular panel from below the rectangular slide hole. An adjusting nut is arranged in the lower part of the screw and below the rectangular panel. A fixing nut is arranged in the upper part of the screw and on the circular panel.
