Air packaging device

2009
An air packaging device comprises a packing bag which consists of a plurality of sealed air chambers provided with one-way valves and is formed by two-layer thermoplastic film through one time hot molding; a bending point line is arranged on the bag; the sealed air chambers on the left and the right sides comprise closed spaces incapable of being inflated; the sealed air chambers above and below each closed space are communicated through air flow, so that the inflation air chambers where the closed spaces are arranged can be folded conveniently when products are packed; and only one layer of inflation air chamber is arranged at the folding part, which facilitates the package. When the air packaging device is used, air is hardly formed in the closed spaces of the sealed air chambers at the left and the right ends, instead, only two layers of plastic paper are arranged. Therefore, only one layer of inflation air chamber is arranged at the folding part, the volume after package is the smallest, the volume of a required outer packing case is reduced, and the packing and transportation cost is greatly reduced. The air packaging device can be used for packing printers and other objects larger in volume and similar to a cuboid easily, and is used conveniently and simply only by bending when in use.
