SUMMARY We report 3 cases of Burkitt’s Lymphoma located in the ovary. The patients are aged 12, 16 and 28 years. This location in the ovary poses a problem of late diagnosis with tumour which is generally above 7 cm and dif f i culties in therapeutic management due to hight cost of drugs and their non availabily in the market.
