Smart Meters Design for Electromagnetic Compatibility Test

In the design of smart meters,the most important problem is the electromagnetic compatibility EMC.This paper promotes solutions to the problems raised in the EMC test,advocates reasonable redundancy design and proposes a gradual increase in the reliability test.
