A connecting structure and an aerostat comprising the same. The connecting structure (100) is used for mounting an external device and comprises: a capsule connecting portion (10) which is a solid structure; one end of the capsule connecting portion (10) is connected with a capsule (200) of an aerostat, and the other end of the capsule connecting portion (10) is a free end that extends in a direction away from the capsule (200); and a force bearing portion (20) being connected with a surface of the capsule connecting portion (10); the force bearing portion is used for mounting the external device. The connecting structure (100) solves the problem of severe damage to the continuity of a material due to a mounting hole disposed in the capsule connecting portion (10) and weak strength of the capsule connecting portion (10).
