ДОСВІД ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ КАНДИДАТІВ НАУК ДЛЯ ЗБРОЙНИХ СИЛ УКРАЇНИ

The article considers the experience of PhD training for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Key laws and regulations; which determine the procedure for the organization of training among educational research and scientific personnel; were provided. Analysis of existing post-graduate military courses network at higher military educational institutions and academic institutions; as well as a list of scientific specialties for PhD to be trained; has been conducted. The manning level of educational research and scientific positions in higher military educational institutions and scientific establishments of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as well as the performance of officers entering post-graduate military course; has been analyzed by those who possess a degree. Main problems; impeding the implementation of the plan for the training of educational research and scientific personnel at post-graduate military course were determined. The effectiveness of post-graduate military courses and specialized academic councils; established in the higher military educational and research institutions; has been analyzed.
