Clinical observation of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and cardiovascular disease

2011
Objective:To investigate the relationship of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS) and heart disease pathogenesis. Methods:Polysomnography was used to monitor nocturnal heart rhythm blood pressure and the dynamic change of testing parameters of PSG of 58 patients with OSAS,30 healthy persons in the same period were used as control group. The index of two groups were compared. Results:OSAS patients′ premature ventricualr contraction occurrence was(784.15±39.16) times, and supraventricular contraction was(198.09±9.14) times, which were all significantly lower than those of the control group(219.42±17.03) and(193.58±15.25) times(P0.05);OSAS group patients' longest apnea time was(62.05±24.68) s,mean apnea time was(40.69±15.23) s,the number of respiratory disorders was(362.83±39.16) times, respiratory disturbance index was(58.39±10.35),oxygen frequency(407.82±85.26),low oxygen index was(65.42±15.36),and SaO2 was(86.32±12.89)%,the blood pressure was(129.05±12.73) mm Hg,there were a significant differences compared with those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome can lead to abnormal cardiovascular system, further explore the etiology of OSAS,and the control of the heart vascular disease prevention have great significance.
