Design of Biodiesel-assisted Gas Stove Based on Coupled Display Algorithm

2021
In order to optimize the extraction method of biodiesel on the energy-saving gas stove with diesel oil as auxiliary combustion and make the mixture of diesel and natural gas more uniform, this paper analyzed the flow field of the oil and gas mixer based on ansys fluent and optimized the model grid to make the Skewness lower than 0.9 and the growth rate lower than 1.2. In addition, the boundary layer grid was appropriately relaxed, and K-epsilon (2eqn) in viscous model was set as the calculation model. The unit area conditions and boundary conditions were set and the turbulence dissipation rate was 0.8 according to the fluid density based and pressure based. After calculating the losses along the path and the local losses according to the hydrodynamic equation, the fluid trace and the mass flow rate in the oil-gas mixer were obtained, which helped to get the optimal size of the oil-gas mixer. This paper mainly calculated the head loss of the pipe in the stove and the heat loss of mixed gas combustion. It was calculated that the pressure head loss of the entire pipe in the stove was 42.8275Pa, and the energy-saving gas stove combustion produced a heat value of 2.989MJ.
