The invention discloses an in-loop testing experiment method of automobile brake hardware. The in-loop testing experiment method comprises the following steps: I, establishing overall automobile dynamics models through a host computer, wherein the overall automobile dynamics models include a tire model, an automobile body model, a brake model and a transition model, inputting simulation parameters, and downloading the simulation parameters to a target computer through RTW encoding; II, starting the target computer, and controlling a motor according to the set parameters to load a total valve, thereby enabling a brake system to work; III, acquiring output force of a left front brake air chamber, a right front brake air chamber, a left rear brake air chamber and a right rear brake air chamber through a data acquisition unit by using a sensor, transmitting the output force to the simulation models for calculation, thereby obtaining a result, transmitting a stopping signal to the motor after the brake is completed, and stopping loading of the motor to release the brake system. The in-loop testing experiment method is an experiment method for automobile brake property evaluation, brake property of different automobile types under different road conditions can be simulated according to different given parameters, the development period is shortened, and evaluation can be rapidly made according to new requirements.
