Letramento digital e alfabetização tecnológica: reflexões a partir de um estudo com alunos do PARFOR

Este artigo, parte integrante de uma pesquisa em andamento, discute Letramento Digital e Alfabetizacao Tecnologica na perspectiva da formacao continuada de professores. O objetivo e investigar se alunos do curso de Letras do PARFOR – Plano Nacional de Formacao de Professores da UFT – Universidade Federal do Tocantins campus de Araguaina, sao letrados digitalmente. Igualmente, buscamos entender o que e Letramento Digital e tambem Alfabetizacao Tecnologica, apontando as diferencas e/ou aproximacoes conceituais dessas duas categorias epistemologicas. A pesquisa se configura como qualitativa e estudo de caso, e os procedimentos foram revisao bibliografica e pesquisa de campo, realizada em duas turmas do PARFOR/Letras/Araguaina. Os resultados apontam que os sujeitos participantes no estudo nao possuem habilidades para manusear o computador e seus aplicativos, e sendo assim nao alcancaram as praticas do Letramento Digital. Digital literacy and technologic literacy: reflections from a study with students from PARFOR Abstract : This article, is part of an ongoing study, discusses teachers Technological Literacy and Digital Literacy. Its aim is to investigate whether Language course students from the PARFOR (National Plan for Training Teachers at the Federal University of Tocantins on Araguaina campus) are digitally literate. We also seek to understand what Digital Literacy and Technological Literacy means pointing out the differences and / or conceptual approaches of those two epistemological categories. The survey is classified as qualitative and case study, and the procedures were reviewed literature and field research performed in two groups of PARFOR / Language / Araguaina. The results show that to reach Digital Literacy it is necessary the subject to be technologically literate. It also showed that the teachers who participated in study, don´t have skills to handle the computer and its applications, and thus aren´t digitally literate.
