A Dynamic Economic Scheduling Model Considering Environmental Protection Cost and Impact of Connecting Wind Power to Power Grid

2011
Due to dynamic randomness of wind power generation, traditional economic scheduling models become inapplicable.Considering the environmental benefit of generation units, the concept of environmental penalty cost is quoted.Based on the randomness of wind power and its influence on system security, the profit reserve capacity penalty cost is led in and applying stochastic programming theory a dynamic economic scheduling model for power system containing wind farm is constructed. The hybrid intellignet algorithm based on Monte Carlo simultion and genetic algorithm(GA) is adopted to solve the proposed model, and the simulation results of random variables in Monte Carlo simulation are taken as input variables of GA.Comparative analysis of the proposed dynamic economic scheduling model and traditional economic dispatching model is performed by IEEE 30-bus system, thus the reasonabless and effectiveness of the proposed model are verified.
