The present invention provides a nano-calcium carbonate carbonation apparatus comprising an intake valve, an intake valve intake port access dioxide compensation gas source, the inlet valve outlet, the gasifier, the pressure regulating valve, safety valves, automatic compensation control valve are sequentially connected, the automatic compensation regulator valve outlet connected to the main conduit, the main conduit one end to calcium carbonate reaction vessel, the other end leading to the kiln, the detection systems connected with the control system, and control valve opening and closing, the opening degree of automatic compensation adjustment. The apparatus with carbon dioxide to compensate a gas source to compensate the lack of lime carbon dioxide concentration in the exhaust gas, shorten the carbonization reaction time; using the detection system, the control system controls the automatic compensation adjustment valve opening and closing, opening, automatic adjustment stable concentration in the reaction tank of carbon dioxide, improving the forming rate and uniformity of calcium carbonate; the apparatus further provided with a safety valve, so that after the valve pressure is maintained within a certain range to ensure that the pipe pressure stability.
