Research on Abnormal Evaluation in Shanghai Double-Blind Review on Dissertation and Thesis

Double-blind review on dissertation and thesis are one of the important means for the academic level and scientific research ability of graduate. With the double-blind review, the quality of graduate training is being approved and the quality of degree awarding is being arisen. But, some effective measures are lack for the supervision of double-blind review obviously. Based on Shanghai double-blind sampling system of graduate dissertation and thesis between 2013 and 2014, abnormal score from the specialists of double-blind are discussed, and three basic judgment rules are concluded. For mining the truth, monitoring model for abnormal score is proposed on constructing with Shanghai Degree & Graduate Education Informatization Platform. By the real data of double-blind sampling between 2013 and 2014, abnormal monitoring coefficient of topic selection, innovativeness, academic nature, applicability and accuracy are generated. Finally, the fitting test of error range constant on monitoring model for abnormal score is verified, and the association between items and sub-items of double-blind review is specified effectively by error range constant, and re-evaluation system of Shanghai Degree & Graduate Education Informatization Platform will be provided by the above mechanism.
