METHODOLOGY: In the embodiment of the present descriptive work a literature search about caring for the children of teenage mothers in the immediate postpartum period, referring to the different databases, guides and web pages are followed. CONCLUSION: There are few programs to educate adolescent postpartum women and their children. It is necessary to develop an intervention program like the one proposed.
