Исследование процесса разложения пероксида водорода в присутствии бихромата калия

We performed a study of potassium dichromate-catalyzed hydrogen peroxide decomposition process measuring the acidity and oxygen volume. This article offers a detailed description of the process and its kinetics. We estimated the constant of velocity for the first stage of decomposition. We discovered that it is possible that such radicals as dichromate anion and chromate anion are present in the system. This work describes the cycle ensuring the gradual change of acidity level of the system, and also the supporting cycle to liberate the molecular oxygen
