En este sentido, me centrare en examinar los requisitos que cabe tener en cuenta para valorar a que parte contractual le corresponden los derechos economicos asociados al invento llevado a cabo por el trabajador. EnglishIn this paper I will try to analyze the legal regime applicable to technological inventions created by dependent and employed workers. In this sense, I will focus on examining the requirements that must be taken into account to assess which contractual party has the economic rights associated with the invention carried out by the worker.
