라이너지의 수율증대와 건조에너지의 저감

2017
The cleaner rejects of OCC (old corrugated container) were fractionated by size and reused by adding small fraction of GCC (ground calcium carbonate) to the fractionated fine rejects and by applying preflocculation process for the GCC-added fine rejects in the all OCC linerboard process. The processed rejects were added to the cleaner passed furnish, and their physical properties of the handsheets were compared to those of the cleaner passed furnish without the processed rejects. The results were increase in yield for production cost reduction and higher solid contents for drying energy reduction. Furthermore, brightness, ERIC value, compressive strength, and double folds were not deteriorated by the process, compared to the cleaner passed furnish.
