Process for producing a coated molded body antistatic.

2004
Process for the production of molded bodies based on synthetic material, wherein a shaped body is coated in a manner known per se to one side or multiple sides with a lacquer system; and the coating system comprises: a) a binder or a binder mixture b) optionally a solvent or solvent mixture c) optionally other additives which are customary in coating systems, d) a thickening agent, being possible to use polymeric thickening agents containing 0 to 20% and oligomeric thickeners containing 0 to 40%, in each case based on dry film (components a, c, d, e ) e) a reactive thickener, possible to employ polymeric thickeners reagents containing 0 to 20% and oligomeric thickeners reagents containing 0 to 40%, in each case based on dry film (components a, c , d, f) f) 5 - 500 parts by mass, referred to a), a metal oxide electrically conductive as a powder, a dispersion and / or sun with an average primary particle size of 1 to 80 nm and a degree of conglomeraci percentage n of 0.01 to 99%, g) of from 5 to 500 parts by mass, referred to) inert nanoparticles, and coating fully hardens.
