Clinical Application of Nasal High⁃Flow Catheter Wet Oxygen Therapy in the Treatment of Common type COVID-19/ 经鼻湿化高流量氧疗对普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎治疗的临床应用

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of nasal high⁃flow catheter wet oxygen therapy in the treatment of common type COVID⁃19 Methods 66 patients with pneumonia infected by novel coronavirus who were admitted to hospital from January 22，2020 to February 16，2020 were selected retrospectively After exclusion，a total of 45 patients who met the criteria for enrollment were enrolled in the study The basic information and clinical data of the patients in the group were included，and they were divided into routine oxygen inhalation group and nasal high-flow catheter wet oxygen therapy group for control study The differences of CT imaging and prognosis time between the two groups were analyzed It was determined that the absorption of focus area ≥30% in CT imaging was regarded as improvement The final follow-up time was February 20，2020 Results There was no significant difference in age，sex，epidemiological history，clinical symptoms and drug treatment between the two groups The time of imaging improvement in the nasal humidification high flow oxygen therapy group（4 79 ± 2 424）days was significantly shorter than that in the routine oxygen inhalation group（8 00 ± 2 847）days（P < 0 05） Conclusion Nasal high-flow catheter wet oxygen therapy can improve the chest CT performance of common type COVID-19
