INVESTIGATING THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE ON INNOVATIVE WORK BEHAVIOUR IN MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES

ABSTRACT The study is on the role of organizational climate to unleash innovative work behaviour in the manufacturing industries. Survey was conducted on randomly selected sample of 200 employees of manufacturing industries (public and private). Study shows that though, neither organizational climate is highly conducive nor the innovative work behaviour is appreciating but positive climate has significant effect on the development of innovative work behaviour.
