Electroporation control of complex cell system by varying pulse voltage and duration

2015
Electroporation is a common but efficient method for cell therapy. Pulses of duration ranging from microsecond to nanosecond with specific voltage have been studied in recent 20 years. Since electric field is also an important factor for effects on cell pore formation, we apply 100 ns and 10 ns pulses by varying their voltage acting on the complex cell system. Prediction of electroporation effects is obtained and guidance can be offered for experiments. Furthermore, a special short duration pulse may be designed to cause organelle tp electroporate.
