Rhizome rot in ginger incited by Pythium aphanidermatum (Edson) Fitzp is one of the most important diseases which causes qualitative as well as quantitative loss. Pot culture studies were undertaken with the aim to manage rhizome rot disease applying organic and inorganic amendments, under screen house conditions.
