Key scientific approaches to the identification of the essence of financial potential are analyzed in the article. Own definition of local community’ financial potential is proposed. Different approaches to the structuring of financial potential developed by Ukrainian scientists are researched by the authors. The algorithm of the financial potential quantification is proposed and the scheme of local community’ financial potential management is developed in the article.
