不同學制護理學生運用「案例分析教學方案」於內外科護理學之滿意度

2014
The purpose of this study is to compare the degree of satisfaction for students from different college department of nursing educational systems towards the medical-surgical nursing ”case analysis teaching proposal”. This study applied pre-experimental design, with the target group of 305 students from the two-year and four-year vocational school's medical-surgical department of nursing of a university in the northern region of Taiwan. The research outcomes indicate the following: Satisfactory degree for the course (Two-year normal class>Four-year normal class; Two-year on-the-job class> Four-year normal class); Satisfactory degree for the course objective (Two-year normal class>Four-year normal class) has reached a significant difference (p>.05). This study indicates that this proposal has a significant degree of satisfaction when applied on medical-surgical nursing, and there is an opportunity that it may also be applied extensively in other classes in the future. Therefore, it is recommended to teach in small classes and discuss in smaller groups in order to accomplish the students' satisfactory degree towards the course. As for the four-year normal class students, the level of this proposal is recommended to be adjusted to enhance the abundance and diversity, such that the students from the four-year normal class may increase their enthusiasm and interest towards nursing.
