A Group of Viewpoint Changes in the Conformal Clifford Algebra

In this paper, we propose a conformal Lie group modeling of the viewpoint changes in the conformal Clifford algebra. Our approach is based on efficient representations of every image viewpoint in the Minkowski space of dimension 4. This enables us to linearize the viewpoint change by a conformal linear transformation of \(\mathbb {R}^{3,1}\). We describe the action of our conformal group on the set of images and encode every planar object by an orbit of its images from all viewpoints.
