Право у пошуках читача (Відсутня правова реальність Франца Кафки)

The article draws an analogy between legal reality and the reality of artistic fiction, between the legal subject and the reader of the novel. With the works of Franz Kafka authors demonstrate how the text can be constituted by his reader and how the legal reality can be reconstituted by the legal subject endowed with the capacity of judgment.
