Выбор метода пластики передней брюшной стенки у больных вентральными грыжами

Results of surgical treatment of 1326 patients with ventral hernias are presented in 78,3 % of patients it was possible to restore the broken anatomy of a belly wall local fabrics, applying mainly classical methods of plastics. Operations at hernias, earlier, were carried out under local anesthesia. During last years the method of choice is the general anesthesia in combination, if indicates, with epidural anesthesia. Strictly differentiated approach to the choice of the method of hernia repair and the kind of anesthesia has allowed to achieve rather good nearest results.
