Preparation and Properties of Solar Collective Aluminum Foil with Less Reflection

3003Al and 1050Al foil were prepared by twin-roll casting process,the effects on mechanical properties and specific capacitance of the alloying elements and the total processing rate of cold-word have been studied.The results show that increasing the alloying element was harmful to cold rolling and corrosion due to the raising of the strength and the falling of the bending resistance,and the specific surface area of 1050Al foil increased remarkably while this foil was prepared under a cold deformation rate about 97%.
