EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES ON ANAEROBIC DIGESTION TREATMENT OF EXCESS SLUDGE IN MIDDLE TEMPERATURE

This paper adopted semi-continuous flow experiments of anaerobic digestion in middle temperature for excess sludge from Sanbaotun waste water plant in fushun,in order to reduce sludge quantities and resource the mankind,offering technical bases for suffer-test production.The results showed that removal ratios of COD and VSS in exceed sludge,and producing air quantities were steady after continuous adding sludge for14days.Methane content in produced air was over70percent.Heavy metals and other poisonous matters in sludge after anaerobic digestion were below Contamination Control Standards in Agricultural Sludge(GB4284-84),so the sludge after anaerobic digestion can be as agricultural fertilizers.
