Protective boots and manufacturing method thereof

The invention discloses a pair of protective boots and a manufacturing method thereof. The sole of each of the pair of protective boots comprises a boot insole which is made from a polyurethane material, a boot outsole which is made from a rubber material and a flank supporting piece which is made from a rubber-plastic material; the upper of the protective boot and the boot outsole are connected by virtue of the boot insole which is formed by injecting the polyurethane material; the upper of the protective boot and the flank supporting piece are connected by virtue of the boot insole which is formed by injecting the polyurethane material; the flank supporting piece is arranged on an arch part on the outer side of the boot insole. The protective boots disclosed by the invention are light in weight, soft, elastic and shock-absorbing; and the boots, which are injection-molded in an upper-joint mode, are firm and wear-resistant, and the manufacturing method is efficient in processing technique and low in manufacturing cost.
