The effect of psychological intervention for approaching operative patients.

Objective:The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of psychological intervention for approaching operative patients.Methods:The program was applied to 120 in-patients who will be operated someday.The subjects were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 60 cases respectively.The intervention group was given psychological intervention on the day before operation,while the patients were sent to operating room in the morning and before being performed anaesthesia.the other intervention same as the intervention group was given to the control group except psychological intervention.Two groups of patients for preoperative anxiety indicator values and vital signs(heart rate,blood pressure) were determined,and postoperative satisfaction surveyed.Results: Preoperative vital signs were no significant differences between the two groups.However,the anxiety indicator value,vital signs,while being sent to operating room in the morning and before being performed anesthesia,and postoperative satisfaction of the intervention group were more superior than that of the control group.Conculusion:Psychological intervention for selective operative patients during the time while being sent to operating room and before being performed anesthesia,which can effectively alleviate the patients with anxiety,fear,emotions,and to stabilize their vital signs.Preoperative psychological intervention is playing an active role in the perioperative period of care.
