The invention discloses a harness connector with a separable fastener, which comprises a male joint and a female joint, wherein the left end of the male joint is fixed with an insertion part; the right end of the female joint is provided with an accommodating groove corresponding to the insertion part of the male joint; the outer side wall at the right end of the male joint is provided with a plurality of trapezoidal first guide grooves; the outer side part of the female joint is provided with a plurality of trapezoidal second guide grooves; the male joint is inserted in a first fastener body; first guide rails corresponding to the first guide grooves are formed on the inner side wall of the first fastener body; bolt bases are fixed on the front outer side wall and the rear side wall of the first fastener body; bolts are inserted in the bolt bases; the female joint is inserted in a second fastener body; second guide rails corresponding to the second guide grooves are formed on the inner side wall of the second fastener body; and bolt mounting lugs are fixed on the front side wall and the rear side wall of the second fastener body. The harness connector with the separable fastener has the advantages that the fastener and the harness connector are separable, and scrap of the overall harness connector caused as the fastener is damaged can be avoided.
