The design of a pulse sensor and a signal conditioning circuit using a pressure die- manufacture and verification

Pulse diagnosis is essential diagnostic method in traditional Chinese medicine. This paper is to present a detailed fabrication of a novel sensor structure, a verified system and a signal conditioning circuits suitable for the multiple-pulse signal measurement This specific sensor structure is based on a substrate with a pressure die and a test structure. According to the experimental result of the verified system, the characteristic of this specific sensor structure can be measured correctly.
